Once again I am wishing you a Blessed Religious and teaching life....and

Thanks a million for a timely article on Lord Ganapathi.
I was an old student of NJC Barkur in 80's studied up to PUC, hailing from a economically less privileged group, could not able to pursue further, at that time.

Truly I was overwhelmed to go through Archie’s Corner, special article on Mr. Udupa, who was de'facto Principal of this College, as all of us equally scared and respected him for his knowledge, and teaching skills and human face.

The author has come out with FOUR lively but down to earth examples to reflect on various qualities, of this nobleman, not only narrates the personality of Mr. Udupa, but make us to look within us whether we are recognizing the greatness of such individuals around us.

This is the time, each one of us pre-occupied with lots of commitments, and no time to READ forget about WRITING, hence, heartily appreciate the work of your site as well its contributors.
Keep it up.

Barkur website is very informative and colorful. This is a boon for those of us away from our hometown to know what's happening in our small town and to know about the welfare of fellow Barkurians spread over the globe. The different articles from our youngsters are refreshing. Memories flashed back to the 60s, after reading the article of Archibald Furtado on Montifest, each event so beautifully depicted in true reality. May God Bless all those who are actively involved in this wonderful venture.
