Like minded Institutions Unite for Student Welfare: Free Uniform and Notebook Distribution in Barkur

In a heartwarming display of community collaboration, several  institutions and organizations in Barkur came together to support local students. The event, held today at the auditorium of National Pre-University College in Barkur, saw the distribution of free uniforms and notebooks to students in need.

The initiative was jointly organized by the Barkur Educational Society (Reg.), National  Higher Primary School Hanehalli Barkur, Sankamma Thayi Resort Hanehalli Barkur, and the Alumni Association of National Higher Primary School Hanehalli Barkur.

The ceremony was presided over by Mr. B. Shantaram Shetty, President of the Barkur Educational Society (Reg.), highlighting the society's commitment to educational development in the region.

- Mr. Praveen Shetty, President of the Alumni Association of National Higher Primary School Hanehalli Barkur

The event was also attended by teachers, staff, students, members of the School Development and Supervision Committee, Parent-Teacher Association, and the Alumni Association.

Mr. B. Shrinivas Shettigar extended a warm welcome to the guests, while Mr. Udaya Shetty, Headmaster of Hanehalli Higher Primary School, honored the dignitaries. The program was expertly compered by teacher Mrs. Shailaja.
