The Sri Malthidevi Temple in Kachur, Barkur successfully conducting its grand Maha Utsava and related celebrations from January 16 to January 20, 2026.
The most awaited annual event, organized under the auspices of the temple committee, featured the Varshika Jatra Mahotsava, Gendothsava, and Rathothsava drawing large crowds of devotees from the region.
The event highlighted the temple's devotion to Sri Malthidevi and Shri Babbuswami with special emphasis on rituals, prayers, and community participation.
