Ashtamangala Prashna Chintana Program Held at Panchalingeshwara Temple in Kotekeri

Kotekeri, January 31, 2025: A significant religious and cultural event, the Ashtamangala Prashna Chintana program, was held at the sacred premises of the Panchalingeshwara Temple in Kotekeri, under the divine presence of Lord Panchalingeshwara. The event witnessed the participation of prominent personalities, including former Member of Parliament Shri K. Jayaprakash Hegde and Shri Anand C. Kundar, Chairman of the Kote Shri Amriteshwari Temple Management Committee. Both dignitaries were honored by the temple authorities for their contributions and presence.

The Ashtamangala Prashna Chintana is a traditional ritual conducted to seek divine guidance and blessings for the welfare of the community and the temple. The program was organized with great devotion and meticulous planning by the temple management committee, led by its Chairman, Shri B. Shantharama Shetty. The event saw the active participation of several key figures, including Shri Suggi Sudhakar Shetty, a renowned entrepreneur, and Shri Manjunath Rao, the Administrative Officer of the temple.

Among the distinguished attendees were Shri Ramachandra Kamath, Shri Koosa L. Kundar Hoskere, Shri Devadas Hoskere, Shri B. Manjunath Pujari, Shri Praveen Gadiyar, Shri Somashekhara Kota, Shri Praveen Kumar Shetty, and Shri Vikhyath Shetty from the Rajdhani Raj Youth Club. Additionally, Shri Srinivas Shetty, Ganesh Salian, Krishna, Prashanth Kanchan, Manoj Pujari, Gautam Shrajan Pujari, and other members of the temple management committee were present. The event also saw the participation of members of the Rajdhani Raj Youth Club, priests, and a large number of devotees who gathered to seek the blessings of Lord Panchalingeshwara.

The temple premises were adorned with traditional decorations, and the atmosphere was filled with spiritual fervor. The Ashtamangala Prashna Chintana ritual was conducted by the temple priests, who performed the sacred rites with utmost devotion. The program concluded with the distribution of prasadam and blessings to all the devotees.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri K. Jayaprakash Hegde expressed his gratitude for being part of such a spiritually enriching event. He emphasized the importance of preserving traditional rituals and cultural heritage for future generations. Shri Anand C. Kundar, in his address, highlighted the significance of community participation in temple activities and praised the efforts of the temple management committee in organizing the event seamlessly.
