The Good Friday service at St. Peter Church Barkur was a solemn and reflective occasion. The morning service, led by Parish Priest Fr.Ronald Miranda and Resident Priest Fr. Rolvin Fernandes, began with the Way of the Cross. Parishioners from the community gathered to walk the Stations of the Cross, meditating on the suffering and sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

The evening service, led by Fr. Ronaldo Miranda and Fr. Rolvin Fernandes, focused on the crucifixion of Jesus. The service began with a reading of the Passion narrative from the Gospel of John. Fr. Miranda then delivered a sermon on the meaning of Good Friday. He spoke about the importance of Jesus' sacrifice and the hope that it brings to all people.

The morning service began at 9:00 AM with the Way of the Cross. The Way of the Cross is a series of 14 Stations that commemorate the journey of Jesus to his crucifixion. At each Station, Fr. Miranda read a scripture passage and offered a prayer. Parishioners joined in prayer and song, and many were visibly moved by the service.
