Karishma Sanil, world class athlete who hails from Barkur has won another medal in National Level athletics India Open Throws Competition 2023 in Bellary. Events were held in shot put, discus throw, hammer throw and javelin throw.
Karishma, daughter of B Sudarshan Sanil and Indira who has already made a name for herself in National and International Levels has bagged Gold Medal in Javelin Throw at 2nd India Open Throws Competition 2023. Karishma Sanil secured first place in the women’s event with 47.60m.
