Team Barkur Sangam Khushi Cricketers owned by Sathosh Shetty, won the Shri Veeranmaruthu Trophy 2021 in the final match of Hanehalli Premier League 2021 40 yards Flood Light Cricket tournament organised by Shri Veeramaruthi Sports and Cultural Club. The tournament was held at Hanehalli School grounds.
Team Barkur Sangam Khushi Cricketers defeated Team NJC Friends owned by Santhosh Poojari and Dinesh Ganiga, mentored by Vijayraj Shetty and Sudhirraj Shetty in the final match.
Asif Rangankeri emerged as the Man of the series and Best Bowler title grabbed by Chethan Barkur. Prahlad Bhat declared as Best Batsman and Koushik bagged the Best Fielder prize. Sandeep Acharya won the Best Wicket Keeper and Prathap Puthran was encouraged by giving him Best Emerging Player title.
Shri Veeramaruthi Sports and Cultural Club is appreciated for one of the well organised Cricket Tournament of the season.
