Barkur, December 15, 2024 - The vibrant parish of St. Peter Church came alive with spiritual fervor today as the community celebrated Confraternity Sunday, marking a profound display of faith and local tradition.

The day's celebrations were highlighted by a solemn Eucharistic Mass led by Fr. Wilson D Souza, Director of the Liturgy Commission of Udupi Diocese, alongside the parish's spiritual leader, Rev. Fr. Ronald Miranda. The liturgical gathering drew a large number of devoted parishioners who had gathered early in the morning to meticulously prepare the streets for the traditional Eucharistic Procession.

Following the holy mass, the community embarked on a deeply moving Eucharistic Procession through the decorated streets of Barkur.
