Karwar, October 5, 2025 – ICYM Barkur has emerged victorious, securing first place in the reels making competition held during Yuvajanotshava, a prestigious four-day youth festival organized by the Karnataka Regional Youth Commission in Karwar from October 1-5, 2025.
