Hanehalli Gram Panchayat Library and Information Center, in collaboration with Hanehalli Gram Panchayat and Sri Santosh Kumar Shetty of Nalkudru Barkur (Proprietor of Bharat Hume Pipes Japti), organized a felicitation program to honor talented students from the Hanehalli Gram Panchayat jurisdiction. The event took place at the Gram Panchayat Library and Information Center.
In an effort to promote education in the Kannada medium, the program recognized students who excelled in the 10th and 12th grades, specifically those who scored above 90% in the Kannada medium. These students were commended and felicitated for their outstanding achievements.
Additionally, the Gram Panchayat provided school supplies to SC/ST students from its funds. The occasion witnessed the presence of Gram Panchayat development officials, the Executive President of the Library and Information Center, members of the Gram Panchayat, students, and parents.
The program aimed to encourage the learning of the Kannada language and recognize the academic accomplishments of students. It also highlighted the efforts of the Gram Panchayat in promoting education and providing support to deserving students. The event concluded successfully, leaving a positive impact on the participants and the community as a whole.
