A "Toyota Youth Connect" program was held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at National ITI College, Barkur, which is managed by the Barkur Educational Society. The event was conducted by Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. (TKM), Bidadi, Bengaluru. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Kumar from the Training Center provided insights on the following topics:
1. India's growth in the manufacturing sector
2. The Industrial Revolution
3. The demand for skilled technicians in India
4. An overview of the automobile industry
5. Overseas opportunities
Another trainer, Mr. Roshan, was also present. The event was presided over by the principal of the institution, Mr. Venkatesh Kramadhari. The institution's training officer, Mr. Bhaskar Upadhya, delivered the vote of thanks, and Lecturer Mr. Manjunath Naik hosted the entire program.
