Green Eco Club, an initiative to build environment friendly nature among the students was inaugurated at Maryknoll Primary School. 50 students of the school are the members of this club, lead by Sranith and Raghavendra studying in 7 th and 6 th standard respectively. The inauguration was done symbolically by pouring water to the plants.
Barkur Corporation Bank Manager Mr. U Venkatesh Kamath was the chief guest. P.T.A President Mr Subramanya Naik was present at the occasion. Headmistress Sr. Margeret wel comed the guests. Teacher Joyce vandan DSa proposed the vote of thanks and Teacher Rosy Lewis conducted the proceedings.
