Gyana classes, Barkur, organized a program for students on the occasion of Ganesha Chathurthi.
Rangoil competition, Drawing (Ganesha picture) competition, Singing Competition (Devotional songs), Entertainment games for students and parents as well as dance, and talent show was oraganised. The prizes were given to the winners and all the participants. This program was arranged with the help and support of Mr and Mrs Marathi Chethan Shettigar and Mr and Mrs Dr Sunil Prabhavathi Shetty. They were the guests and gave away the prizes to the students. Judges for the competitions were Mrs Mable Fernandes, Mrs Nagarathna Hebbar, and Mrs Usha Kunder. 60 students participated in different competitions. Parents and students enjoyed the program. Mr Venkatramana Bhandary gave sweets all. Ms. Vaibhavi teacher anchored the program, Mrs Sabitha Fernandes ,Head of the institution thanked everyone. Mr Harish Hebbar, Singer sang beautiful Ganesha hymn on the occasion.
It so was overwhelming to see the kids growing up with lot of talent. Parents should promote and motivate their kids to participate in many activities which they are interested in. Beautiful rangoli’s, drawings and paintings of Lord Ganesha. Keep it up kids. Well done.
